At CrickZone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
As a customer in Sweden, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at info@crickzone.se.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and protective elements must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to partial refunds.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Hygiene-related items if unsealed after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Return Process
- Email us at info@crickzone.se with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions
- Send the item back to the address provided
Return shipping costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

- Include photos and order details
We will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund (including shipping costs)
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For size or product exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item.

- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider (processing time may vary)
